Where to check if my NFT buy/sell transaction is valid?
- Use the blockchain explorer (link here) & enter your address. If you have bought or sold an NFT on Zonic, the transaction will be visible.
Can I miss my NFT because of delays?
1. If you complete a trade during the campaign window ( Nov 23rd 12:00 PM UTC - Nov 30th 11 59 AM UTC ) and have completed all the other quest steps, you WILL for sure be eligible to mint the 6th NFT anytime during the 6 weeks of the zkEVM saga campaign.
My transaction on Zonic is complete, but it’s not verified on Intract. What to do?
1. Be patient. Do your transaction, and come back in 30 mins, to verify again. Most likely, your task will be verified. Do a refresh / hard refresh (ctrl+ shift + R) just in case.
2. Common pitfalls
  1. One of the most common reasons for tasks not verifying is that you did a txn with a wallet that is not your primary wallet on Intract - this is the only wallet that will be checked for verification. Please change the primary wallet & retry the verification (you can connect another wallet from the same menu).
  2. Sometimes, if interacting for the first time with the protocol, you have to first “Approve” token usage & then swap or bridge. Please double-check if you have done both steps & not just Approve.

1. Supply and hold at least $10 for a valid task verification.

1. There is no slippage involved.
Which asset class should I supply?
1. You can supply any token available on 0vix.
Do I need to hold the supply when verifying the task?
1. Yes, you need to hold the supply during the duration of the campaign.
How long do I need to hold it?
1. Hold the supply at least till the zkEVM Saga ends.
What is Supply APY & when do I realize it?
1. APY is mentioned on the partner’s platform. It keeps fluctuating so make sure to check.
What is health factor & liquidation risk? When do they get triggered?
1. There is no risk of liquidation if supplied without leverage.

NFT Claim

Can I claim my NFT even after a weekly campaign ends?
1. You can claim NFTs after completing your quest anytime during the 6-week period of the zkEVM saga campaign.
When I tried claiming my NFT, it showed that my transaction failed. What to do?
1. We recommend trying to claim the NFT after a while. If you have completed all quest tasks within the campaign duration, rest assured you will be able to claim the NFT at any time during the 6-week campaign period. A few other commonly used best practices
  1. Refresh your browser window & try again
  2. Check if you have enough gas fees in your claiming wallet
  3. Another suggestion would be to change the RPC endpoint manually in Metamask, here’s a short guide here.

How do I import my zkEVM NFT to my wallet (Metamask guide)?
1. Check out this video guide here to learn how to import NFT here. For zkEVM Saga, here are the relevant NFT details:

  Token ID: 2 ( For week 1 NFT ), 3 ( For week 2 NFT ), 18 ( For week 3 NFT ), 25 ( For week 6 NFT )
When I tried claiming my NFT, it showed very high gas fees. What to do?
1. Try coming back after some time as the gas fees vary over time.
  Another suggestion would be to change the RPC endpoint manually in Metamask, here’s a short guide here.
What is Intract persona NFT?
1. It’s an NFT capturing all your on-chain transactions done till date on zkEVM. It is auto-generated so you do not need to worry about manual generation.

General FAQ

What is the hourly slot system being used for the week 6 campaign?
1. To cater to high traffic, we have implemented a launch plan to distribute the participation on an hourly basis. The basic idea is for the first 5 days of the campaign, only a limited number of users per hour will be able to complete the quest. So in case you miss participation on a certain hour, just come back the next hour to complete your quest.
2. PS: You can still do the on-chain transaction whenever you want, just the verification on Intract will happen for the first X users of the slot (the SS below is specific to week 2 but the concept applies here as well).
